Water Proof Coatings

Bituruffe compound is a high solid high build protective bituminous coating blended with rubber special chemicals and solvent.
A semi viscous liquid, cold applied membrane coating, primarily developed to provide economical resistance to water and corrosion on a variety of surfaces and having varied uses.

Single-component, Brownish clear liquid coating, transparent appearance, which seals concrete and other absorbent surfaces.

Chemistik WWP creates a tough and abrasion resistant film, seals hairline cracks, totally and acts as an effective barrier against moisture, water and atmospheric impurities. Further, it waterproofs all absorbent surfaces. Due to its white colour, it reflects heat and helps in reducing room temperature and keeps interiors cool.

Kool Kote HF – 20 contains highest quality of Pure Acrylic Resins combined with insulating and reflective fillers. It is a bright white elastomeric coating having high reflectivity to sun’s rays, hence keeping interiors cool during hot summer months. It is suitable for use on all types of horizontal and vertical surfaces. Being water base it is an ecofriendly coating.

Chemistik Pro Décor Damproofer coating is based on pure acrylic, pigments, fillers etc. Its improved formula prevents dampness from interior/exterior walls, a good waterproof barrier for interior applications prior to application of putty and paint. It eliminates paint peeling problems.

Chemistik A primer based on complex chemical components. Cemistik Prime N Seal is single component and acts as a primer as well as a binder over plastered and painted surfaces. Seals all pores, thus reducing the porosity of the surface.

PDS – 50 is a new generation eco friendly high build flexible coating specially formulated to provide superior waterproofing and anti carbonation cover to the structure. It is based on modified acrylates and copolymers with specially selected fillers pigments and additives. Its formulations is such it provides ultraviolet resistance excellent resistance to industrial gases and environmental pollution hence preventing loss of concrete alkalinity and completely waterproof thus providing long term protection to the structure.

ACC – 3o is a unique state-of-art technology product specially developed indigenously to solve the problems of condensation and mould. ACC – 3o is manufactured using latest technology with only the best raw materials and ensuring superb onsite performance. This perfectly blended product eliminates the break down of conventional paints in condensation phenomena; hence prevents bad odour, blistering and peeling of the coating and prevents growth of fungus, algae etc.

SB – 65 is a superior High Build Coating based on acrylic combined with premium resins, pigments, fillers and solvents. Its excellent water resistance not only water proofs the surface but also weather proofs and decorates the surface for years to come.

HB – 70 is a white, elastomeric, High Build Coating for waterproofing and weatherproofing of old and new built up roofs. This premium quality elastomeric roof coating is formulated from 100% acrylic resins and fillers having superior ultraviolet resistance and flexibility. HB – 70 provides durability, low temperature flexibility and excellent resistance to weathering and dirt pick up. Available in white and some selected colours.

An optimal blend of specially created acrylic binder and premium grade pigments combined with rheology modifiers and fillers, Argus HB – 75 is an acrylic high build wall coating. This provides a tough, waterproof, durable yet flexible film which can breathe. Argus HB – 75 is formulated to protect old and new painted or bare masonry walls for an infinite period of time. Ideally suited for exteriors of industrial, commercial and residential buildings

CHEMISTIK DAMPROOFER is a single component thick water based acrylic coating. Its improved formula has modified acrylic ester copolymerized polymer emulsion selected fillers and pigment. This high build coating is ideal to prevent dampness from concrete substrates an excellent waterproof barrier for interior applications and non-exposed surfaces. Much more superior to conventional cement based systems.

Turf Cote 400  is a superior  coating based  on Acrylic Rubber blend combined  with premium  resins, pigments  fillers and solvents. It facilitates easy maintenance of floors and walls and also extends their service life.

CHEMISTIK POOL KOTE 500 is a superior coating based on Acrylic Rubber blend combined with premium resins, pigments fillers and solvents. This coating has been specially developed for all Pool Decks, Tanks or water retaining structures which are open to sky. It has excellent weathering properties and protects the surface from deterioration against water and abrasion. Selected Colours give a good as thetic appearance.

Chemistik PU – 2000 SL is a self levelling polyurethane based floor screed designed for use at thickness ranging from 2mm-5mm. It consists of mineral aggregates together with pigmented polyurethane resin suitable for floors where high abrasion and impact resistance along with chemical resistance is required This thermal shock proof system is also suitable for use in wet process conditions and where bacteria cannot be tolerated. It provides a quality, cost effective alternative to tiling.

Chemistik PU – 60 has been specially developed from the very latest polyurethane technology and is designed to provide long term protection. It is supplied in two parts comprising resin and hardener. It is ideally suited for new and remedial work and for substrates like concrete, cementitious surfaces, asbestos, GI sheets, M.S. and all metals. PU-60 is available in off white and some selected colours..

Chemistik PU 35 – N Clear Lacquer is a colourless coating which creates barriers against water moisture, air pollution and chemicals at the same time retains maximum value of structures such as marble, mosaic, stone without deforming its originality.

Chemistik PU – 30 is a Single Component moisture cure water based aliphatic type high performance coating. Its smooth and satin finish repels dust and prevents growth of algae, ftmgus, mould etc. It is economical having excellent water resistance and withstands temperature variation, a good antibacterial coating.

Chemistik Epoxy Slurry Mortar is an instant water proof coating which when applied stops leakage, dampness, rising dampness, seepage of water from internal or external masonry walls, R.C.C. Slabs., tanks etc. Alsoidealas an anti-skid coating.

EP-Plus 800 is a high build self smoothing, Seamless Epoxy resin floor finish. It can be applied on to most surfaces to provide a waterproof, dustproof and hard wearing surface with excellent chemical resistance.
It also provides excellent resistance to oil i:ease, moisture, dirt, etc. It is easy to clean and facilitates easy maintenance of floors and also extends their life.

CHEMISTIK EP PLUS – 500 is a two component epoxy resin based, seamless floor finish. It can be applied on a variety of surfaces to provide a good aesthetic appearance to the floor and walls besides being smooth &glossy, it is dust proof, hard wearing and resistant to mild acids and alkalis. It can also be used as a wall coating where chemical splashes, fumes, petrol spillage, alkalis, salts, solvents printing inks etc. occur. It facilitates easy maintenance of floors and walls and also extends their service life.

EP TAC – 303 has been specially developed for use as a primer for the application of Chemistik Epoxy Systems. CHEMISTIK EP TAC – 303 has also been widely used to promote adhesion between new and old concrete. Also it can be used as an anticorrosive coating primer on metal/concrete structures.
EP TAC – 303 consists of a resin and hardener which are unaffected by cold, damp, frost and many chemicals and acids.

CHEMISTIK EP PLUS 1000 SL is a specially developed self levelling and self smoothing solvent free epoxy based heavy duty seamless floor coating where a very high build up is required to provide abrasion, chemical & impact resistance and a smooth table top finish to the existing concrete floor. It can be easily cleaned, is waterproof, dustproof and hardwearing surface, and has resistance to a variety of chemicals and solvents, oil, petrol, grease etc .. Maximum build up of upto 6 mm thickness can be layed on concrete floors.

CHEMISTIK EP NPC – 555 is a two component phenolic plus epoxy resin base cured with amine. This coating can be applied on a variety of metal and concrete surfaces to provide a good protection against environmental corrosion agents. Its hard wearing, tough film is resistance to acids, alkalis, oil, grease and petroleum products.

Chemistik Dampoxy is a unique, state-of-the-art coating for Damproofing from the negative side. Dampoxy is a two component, water thinnable Epoxy coating specially formulated for internal applications. Its tough and impermeable film makes it suitable to stop internal seepages from external walls, rising dampness. Its major advantage being that it can be applied, even on damp surfaces.

Chemistik Epoxy Mortar is a ready to use, solvent free, two pack system available in two types, mainly, (a) Self-levelling, pourable, consistency mortar no. SL – 1 : for floor toppings, cavity fillings, beddings. (2) Trowellable consistency type no. TC – 2 : for vertical surfaces, floor patch, foundations etc.

CHEMISTIK PMC – 500 is a Two component Polymer Modified Cementitious Coating. It is supplied in pre weighted packs. This grey coloured membrane coating is a flexible water proof barrier. It prevents ingress of water on most masonry surfaces including concrete water retaining structures.

Chemistik CW – 100 is a two-component polymer modified flexible coating. This product may be trowel brush or spray applied to provide a flexible, waterproof barrier. Chemistik CW – 100 maybe used where there is a requirement to exclude water from a building or retain it within a structure. The material is particularly effective where there is a requirement for a crack bridging capability, and on cementitious surfaces.

Chemistik Repair Plaster RP – 100 Polymer Modified Repair Plaster is a high quality polymer modified cement based ready mixed plaster mortar. It is a factory made mortar having a superior standard formulation based on Portland cement, graded fillers and additives which overcome the fluctuations and human errors of on site mixing. It can be used in spray application as well as manual. Ideal for quick repairing as well as levelling of undulations on the surface to attain a smooth levelled surface at all times.

Chemistik Micro Concrete MC – 500 Free Flowing Micro Concrete is a one component prepacked factory made micro concrete suitable for repairs to all kinds of concrete structures. It is developed and so formulated can be used to reinstate large sections of concrete or recommended to be used where access is difficult or complex reinforcements do not allow the use of conventional materials or methods. It is based on Portland cement graded fillers and additives which control shrinkage and reduce water demand and facilitate quick and easy working with controlled quality.

Chemistik Chemi Grout GP – 200 Cementitious Non Shrink Grout is a general purpose high strength cementitious grout in powder form when added with controlled quantity of water it becomes a free flowing grout or a stiff consistency material for vettical applications. Its formulation is based on Portland cement, graded fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion in a plastic state. By minimizing the amount of water a non-shrink mortar is produced for various uses in the construction industry.

Chemistik Rapid RM – 400 is a two component acrylic rapid repair mortar comprising of part A powder and part B Liquid. It is specially formulated from acrylates for very quick repairs within a very short time and the traffic could resume within the hour. It is workable and can be used below sub zero temperature upto – 25°C. It achieves full strength within a short time hence can be used where little or no down time is available.

Chemist & Tile Glue is a ready-mix, dry powdered glue for thin-set laying of ceramic tiles, mosaics and facing tiles on walls and floors, for repairs and laying tiles over Existing ones, for laying large-size stoneware tiles and natural stone slabs such as marble etc. Traditional chipping at the back side of marble slabs, which is uneconomical and time consuming, is not required, since our glue has better grip than ordinary cement mortar.

Chemistik Tile Grout Powder is ideal for filling the tile joints. Suited for interior and exterior applications, it is water-resistant hence can be used wherever Chemistik Tile Glue has been used – for all types of ceramic files, mosaics, concrete and natural stones.
Tiles should not be grouted until at least 24 hours after laying the tiles. Available in white, light blue, grey, tan, beige, ivory, lightbrown.
