CHEMISTIK PU – 51 has been specially developed from latest PU Technology which is eco friendly to provide heavy duty waterproofing with long term durability. It is two component coating ideally suited for concrete waterproofing of new and remedial work which is not directly exposed.

CHEMISTIK PU – 55 has been specially developed from latest aliphatic PU Technology which is eco friendly to provide protection to waterproofing with long term durability. It is available in 2k component coating ideally suited for concrete waterproofing of new and remedial work which is directly exposed to atmosphere and U V Rays. It is suitable to use as a top coat on PU and other elastic waterproof materials.

Chemistik Protek 4000 Nano Lithium Sealer Coating is a hybrid inorganic/organic nano lithium protective clear coat, non yellowing its high performance and formulation is based on lithium-silicate water based technology having extremely low voc and environment friendly coating. this unique reactive chemistry forms an insoluble permanent bond with the surface rapidly curing into a micro protective surface .It goes through a series of Chemical reactions resulting in total crosslinking, reinforcing and sealing the surface, forming a tough durable bond with the surface and providing long term protective many times stronger than conventional systems based on epoxies ,urethanes acrylics and silanes. It penetrates and forms an integral part of the surface hence will not peel or flake providing good gloss and a pleasing wet finish while maintaining the original surface look.

Chemistik ACP – 50 is a special formulated high performance acrylic polymer coating. Carbonation is the process whereby atmospheric carbon dioxide reacts with various components in cured concrete. The carbonation process reduces the natural alkalinity of concrete. The high alkalinity of concrete creates a protective film on reinforcing steel, making it “passive” and protecting it from corrosion. When the carbonation front reaches the level of the reinforcing steel, it causes the steel to lose its passivity (immunity to corrosion) and corrosion of the reinforcing steel is possible, leading to delimitation and spalling of the concrete.

Clear Sealer is a solvent based, colourless, low viscosity penetrating type sealer coating. When applied, the coating penetrates into the surface allowing the solvents to evaporate and the active ingredients stay inblocking the pores in the surface. It can be used on all types of surfaces which allow penetration like external plastered wall, concrete, stucco, brick, stone, canvas, wood and cement painted surfaces. It is recommended for use on exterior surfaces only. and is based on superier silcone Resins.
